One of our goals at Jibspot is to get enough support to start making production quality video releases based on our users content.
There would be a revenue sharing system to award the riders with the best footage with cash and video spots.

Over and above buying a round for good content, users can vote for good content as well.
Don't even try and vote for your own videos and photos - it's a no-no.
By voting you help the user get noticed in the following way:

The video with the most votes appears on the home page as the featured video
The top ten videos are listed on the home page
The top ten photos are listed on the home page
Oviously, increased exposure amounts to increased revenue for the user

Beyond that, it is a place to meet friends, see some quality video and make a few bucks to spend at the bar.
